As a family owned and operated business, Premium Aged and Community Services have become one of the largest Non-Government Home Care Providers in NSW and Darling Downs QLD Region. We take pride in providing efficient and effective, personalised care and services to our clients every day.

We provide a range of services including but not limited to:

  • Respite
  • Personal care
  • Domestic duties
  • Assistance with meals
  • Home help & maintenance
  • Medication management
  • Wound care
  • Palliative care

Our journey to providing the best quality care and services to our clients began in the rural town of Moree, Northern NSW, where we saw a gap in the care and services provided to those in regional and remote towns. Although our client numbers and service areas have increased overtime, our focus has remained the same—to allow people to make choices about the care they receive, how it is delivered and to assist people to live as independently as possible for as long as possible in their own homes.

Our commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care is underpinned by honestly, punctuality, compassion and consideration. These values help us to ensure we are delivering services that meet the needs of our clients while retaining their dignity and independence. Our staff strive to meet the needs of our clients in a professional, caring manner, to provide a sense of security and comfort while supporting them to stay in their own home for as long as possible. We are so fortunate to have dedicated and caring staff members, both in the field and our administration team, who go above and beyond to ensure our clients receive the best care.

Our management team understand that in order to operate a successful business over such diverse communities, we require effective, professional staff and the ability to work cooperatively with a range of other providers to ensure strong working networks and relationships. Our ability to work successfully with other providers underpins our present service and brokerage agreements. PACS has a strong working relationship with government and non-government agencies including:

  • Local GPs
  • Hospitals
  • Community Health
  • Meals on Wheels
  • Community Transport
  • And many more

These relations enable us to give informed advice to our clients about services that are available to them and to facilitate their access. We take pride in having sound knowledge regarding a range of options available to rural, remote and Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders (ATSI) clients, which is a strong focus for our company. We provide a full range of planned and emergency care support services 24 hours a day 7 days a week to the Central Coast, New England, Northern Tablelands, Northwest and other regions of New South Wales, as well as Queensland areas including the Darling Downs and Toowoomba.

Our offices are in Tamworth (head office), Warialda, Central Coast and Toowoomba. PACS holds contracts with the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), Veterans Home Care (VHC) and CHSP along with numerous other local government bodies and private services.
